- Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
- Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, or PESONet are processed within the same banking day for requests made during business hours.

General bonus rules that apply across all A45PH promotions:
- Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered at least 10x before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
- Money laundering or using A45PH for any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or A45PH staff.
- Accessing A45PH from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
A45PH actively monitors for suspicious activity. Players found in violation of this section may have their accounts suspended immediately, balances held pending investigation, and relevant information reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

- Been flagged for suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering.
- Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus funds not yet earned through wagering will be forfeited upon account closure.
A45PH provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, A45PH is not liable for:
- Any losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance downtime.
- Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
